The Lining
The lining is an interior fabric that not only warms the tent, but also allows better evacuation of smoke due to fire. The lining has cotton ties for hanging, and fasteners for fixing the stakes.
Materials
All of our canvas is water and rot resitant Flame retarded is available at an additional cost.
We use polycoton 360gr/m² or 420gr/m². It’salso possible to get 100%coton canvas at an additional cost.
The ozan
The ozan acts as a ceiling/partial extending from the rear of the tipi. In severe weather it can be used to stop any raindropsreaching the living area and as long as a gap is left for smoke to escape it can also help to further insulate the living space/
The accessoires
All robes, wooden stakes and small hand made wooden stakes are deliverd with the tipi
Tipi Poles
We’re not selleing and delivering tipi poles anymore bacaus og the high transport cost.
But if you can make your own Tipi poles then you will appreciate your Tipi all the more for the work involved! We recommend spruceas an ideal pole but any straight softwood will do. use a drawknife to shave off the bark ans smoth the pole.
